Goodwill

Sunshine House Inc. is a drop-off site for Goodwill of North Central Wisconsin. When you donate to the Goodwill Donation Center you are supporting Sunshine House.

Sunshine House employees are trained to staff the donation center from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday through Friday. Once you drop off your articles, we sort them and prepare them for a Goodwill semi to pick up. In return, they weigh the items and pay us per pound. The partnership provides work and new training opportunities to our employees. And in the end, we are all proud to contribute to protecting the fragile environment of Door County.

We CAN accept:

Clothing and utensils

Books (hard and soft cover)

Small household items

Purses and shoes

Toys

We CANNOT accept:

Computers

Magazines

Large appliances, furniture

Bikes, exercise equipment

Roller blades or skates

(Items that are left which Goodwill cannot accept only become an added waste removal expense to Sunshine House. If you're in doubt, please call 743-7943.)
